For interior designers, developers and general contractors
We curate the art and we hang it ourselves.
Most art consultants hand off at the loading dock and bill a coordination fee for the seam. We carry our own insurance, pass general contractor prequalification, engineer the anchors, and own the punch list. One contract from selection to final wall.
Sectors
Hospitality
Lobby, corridors, guest rooms, F&B. Art budgets typically run 1 to 3 percent of construction cost, 2 to 4 percent for boutique.
Corporate
Reception, conference rooms, private offices. Purchase or lease, so the collection can change as the company does.
Medical
Waiting rooms, exam corridors, infusion suites. Cleanable surfaces, tamper-resistant mounting where the setting requires it.
Multifamily
Amenity decks, lobbies, leasing centers. Built for turnover and for the wear that comes with it.
How a project runs
01
Brief
We read the drawings, walk the space if it exists, and agree the budget and the schedule before we show you a single image.
02
Selection
A curated set with prices, lead times and dimensions attached. Original work where the budget allows, editions where it does not.
03
Procurement
Contracts, deposits, production tracking. Original contemporary work runs 6 to 9 months. Site-specific commissions run 6 to 12.
04
Installation
We do this part ourselves. Blocking, anchors, seismic mounting, lighting coordination, punch list, warranty.
Lead times mean the conversation starts early. For a 2028 opening, we should be talking now.

Tell us the sector, the budget range and the target install date. We reply within one business day with whether we are the right fit, which is sometimes no.
